Jesus predicted that the Temple of His day would be destroyed and in 70 A.D., it was! But our Lord also prophesied that there would be a new temple standing by the middle of the 7-year �Tribulation� period. Paul told us why this �3rd Temple� would be so significant to end-times events when he wrote these words to the Thessalonian church in I Thess.2:3,4�
��the man of lawlessness (the Anti-Christ)�will position himself in the temple of God, claiming that he himself is God.�
Jesus� warning to the future believing Jewish remnant of the Tribulation time was even stronger�
�The time will come when you will see what Daniel the prophet spoke about (Dan. 9:26,7) the sacrilegious object that causes desecration standing in the Holy Place (the temple) - reader, pay attention! - Then those in Judea must flee to the hills.� (Mt. 24:15,16)
But could another temple actually rise again in Jerusalem? It can and it will�SOON!
