Truth-quakes On Both Coasts!


Just 8 years ago, a voter referendum in California banned same-sex marriage, but on May 17, 2008, the Supreme Court of California ruled that the people had no constitutional right to make that kind of decision and so, as of June 17, 2008, same-sex marriages will be legal in that state! Within hours, Governor Patterson of New York issued an order to state agencies to grant same-sex couples all of the legal and insurance benefits of heterosexual couples. Gay and Lesbian couples on both coasts rejoiced and many began immediately to make plans for �religious� wedding celebrations.

Isn�t it interesting that these homosexual couples should desire to have a �religious union� when their national organizations have made so many official statements so hateful towards the Bible and the church!?

Lately, Signs of the Times has been reporting on the end-times significance of earthquakes,
but such news as that reported above is no less significant to God�s people as we anticipate the rapture. These �Truthquakes� are quickly re-shaping the landscape of our national society and conforming it to match the description Paul prophesied in his 2nd letter to Timothy�

�You should also know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people� will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God� They will consider nothing sacred. They will� have no interest in what is good. They will� be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act as if they are religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly.�- 2 Tim. 3:1-5
